The Community Leadership Team is comprised of a compassionate and dedicated staff who run the day-to-day operations of Asbury Solomons.

Brad Andrus

Executive Director

"I have been so fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve older individuals in continuing care retirement communities over the last 17 years. The knowledge and life experiences of the residents that I have formed relationships with over that time is truly remarkable. A rapidly growing older adult demographic will require Aging Services to take a more innovative strategic approach to service with a continued focus on public policy, community management as well as gaining a further understanding of the aging process. Working in this profession provides me with great fulfillment, and I look forward to being a part of it many years to come."

Patty Stevens

Health Care Administrator

“I am honored to work for Asbury Solomons and the Asbury Organization.   In my 39 years working in the health care industry, I have never worked in a more beautiful resident – oriented facility.   Asbury Solomons is such a pleasant environment, where the staff thrives on the resident’s enjoyment in life.  The respect and quality of care is exceptional.  My career has been dedicated to caring for older adults – it is a passion of mine and Asbury Solomons is the finest place to do so.”

Vicky Balderson, RN

"Pastoral ministry is about being present in the lives of people in times of joy and exaltation, pain and loss, and the routine of the everyday.  It is representing the presence of the God who is always with us, never forsakes us, and calls us to live each day to our best and highest.  This office is a great privilege, and I am delighted to be part of this great community, a terrific team of associates, and most of all the lives of these precious people."
