There are so many ways to enjoy the beauty of our Patuxent River setting. Explore the inlets by canoe or kayak, or bike along riverside paths with friends. Or, when you’re ready for a change of pace, there’s a variety of recreational trips that will keep you in the swim of things.

One of the hallmarks of any Asbury community is our HealthAbility™ program. It’s a multi-dimensional wellness program that provides residents with a wide variety of opportunities each day to promote good health, regardless of their current fitness level or what they enjoy doing.

It’s far more than just a schedule of exercise classes. Our on-staff fitness professionals can work with you to craft a program that best meets your individual goals and abilities, whether your interest is improving your strength, balance or overall well-being. Your program begins with an initial assessment, then your progress is tracked. Many residents have experienced incredible results and are enjoying a new sense of freedom thanks to living a more healthful and active life.
